Since 2005, our brands have provided customers with a platform to gain enterprise technology to enhance their communication offerings. The time has come for us to create a brand that stands out in our marketplace and can meet our business objectives of growth without bottlenecks or limitations.

Our re-brand is far more than a mere face lift; it embodies our aspiration to lead the industry. We aim for our new brand to be a true reflection of who we are today and the direction we are headed. This fresh identity will allow us to better showcase our strengths and values, ensuring we deliver an even superior service to you. Our new brand has a refreshed name, logo, and visual identity. These changes reflect our growth and our dedication to innovation and excellence.

In recent years, with the emergence of new technologies and subsequent unification of product portfolios, a new brand will offer a better user experience for all stakeholders, which will help us evolve our services.

What happens to the VoIPon and 4Gon websites?

We will continue to add products to VoIPon and 4Gon, and we will start to promote UX Pro on the VoIPon and 4Gon brands.

How will the new brand fit into the current setup?

We are implementing a phased approach to ensure a seamless transition. During this transition period, we will maintain full operations and product sales across all three websites: 4Gon, VoIPon, and our new venture, UX Pro. Existing clientele will gradually transition to our new platform throughout 2024, with no immediate action required. Our contact phone numbers will remain unchanged, while our corporate identity will shift to UX Pro. It is important to note that essential corporate information such as bank details will remain the same, as they are still under the umbrella of our parent company, Cadmus Distribution Group Limited.
