Poynting A-OMNI-493 Omni-Directional, Marine and Coastal 5G/LTE Antenna
The A-OMNI-493 is a 9dB Omni-directional 5G wideband antenna, designed to cover as many signal frequencies as possible for reliable coverage no matter the location and with CA (Carrier Aggregation).
This antenna is built to be robust, with a waterproof and weatherproof IP68-rated design that allows it to excel in marine and coastal environments such as marinas, boats and offshore facilities, even under adverse conditions.
A-OMNI-493 Key features
- Includes band 71 (617 to 698 MHz) and 3.5 GHz 5G bands
- Wideband operation makes the antenna future proof
- Antenna is purpose built for marine and coastal applications
- UV and saltwater protected against tempestuous weather conditions
- N type socket connector - cable not included
The OMNI-493 is built for reliable long-term use in all possible environments and, consequently, is future proof. It ensures this by covering all current UK frequencies, including the 1427-1517MHz band used by Three, as well as all planned future frequencies - this includes the 617-698MHz band and even the 3400-38000MHz band to be utilised by 5G applications. This guarantees that the OMNI-493 can be relied on to receive a strong mobile signal not just in the UK but anywhere in the world.
The OMNI-493 is a high-performance antenna and maintains a positive dB signal across all frequencies for superior pattern control, something which is only achieved through the use of a new ingenuitive antenna design featuring multiple dipoles and the implementation of a unique patented feed network.
This antenna features an N-Type socket connector for cable connections and comes with a marine-grade mounting bracket (the BRKT-40).
