Neat little unit, easy to set up, great web interface.
For our use it has two negatives:
1) although it says PoE it's NOT really PoE standard, most proper PoE routers (Cisco etc.) don't work with it. It needs it's own PoE 24V power injector.
2) the antenna connector ("Male" plug with male pin) is not compatible with Netgear antennas (ANT2409 in our case, as it has reverse polarity jack with male pin). So be careful when trying to pair these two - you will need an adaptor.
As soon as it's all set up, it works quite well.
