Work exactly as described. Totally hassle free. Nice that it has no flying leads and that you can plug in any length of cable that you need on both sides of the device.
I do wish they were rectangular though and maybe had some mounting lugs. The Ubiquiti stylist has certainly gone to town on the case. However this is a PoE converter and not a Dyson hair dryer. Please make it easier to mount, even if that makes it less pretty.
