Great little 'cheap and cheerful' devices which I use for short links. Casing does not earthing as it is all plastic which is one benefit of a plastic body I guess. Low profile means they also catch very little wind compared to larger units.
One thing to keep in mind is if you plan on using this outside, is exposure to the elements. As with all Ubiquiti products, there is cable no cable gland and using any cable thinner than their own ToughCable will leave a gap where water ingress could occur. We make up our own enclosures to put these in, for sites that we don't want to go back to due to location.
