Initially I had trouble updating the unit; I had to reset it, ssh in and update from the command line. After that it was easy to use and had no problems.
I'm using this for a home network with a small server and some VMs, as well as a few static devices and a UniFi AP AC PRO access point. Previously I was using the access point with my ISP supplied router doing DHCP and routing, now it's acting as a modem. I have definitely seen a reduction in latency to the outside world with this, compared to my ISP's router.
Given how its ease of setup and flexibility, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a router for a SOHO environment.
