We're running quite a few Ubiquiti products in a couple of locations. Generally they work well. Just be aware that some older Ubiquiti products require 24V passive PoE. This version of the switch doesn't support that standard -- so you need to buy the 48V to 24V adaptor. Not a massive issue but it does delay deployment if you don't realise this when you buy the switch and then have to order the adaptor after installation. (Raises hand.)
I've been a fan of Ubiquiti products for a number of years but lately supply issues, lack of support for legacy products and a move away from local control to control from the cloud is making me reassess my options.
I guess you can file the issue above as one of lack of support for legacy equipment.
