The Flex Mini is a cheap and cheerful addition to the Unifi family. If you’re looking for a plug and play switch, this tiny little switch is a perfect pocket collectible. But beware, it’s not a fully managed switch. It supports half the features of a Flex switch, moreover, it doesn’t support custom port profiles; so that’s VLANs out the window! It’s only practice use, for me at least, is for individual host connections such as computers and hardware that belong on a single VLAN. Not suitable for access points that tag traffic! Extra star solely for the great service provided by 4Gon.
