Ubiquiti airMAX premium support configuration pack

Get 1-to-1 remote configuration support from a Ubiquiti certified professional to help set up your Ubiquiti airMAX Point to Point / Point to Multiple Point devices. 

We will spend 30 minutes with you on the phone and using remote support software to get your devices set up and get your link(s) connected so that you can start using them straight away. 

The 4Gon premium support airMAX configuration pack enables you to receive basic configuration assistance for 30 minutes with your device configuration enquiry.

What is included:

  • Telephone support

  • Email support

  • 30 minutes dedicated support

  • Expert wireless technician

  • Basic and/or initial configurations and enhancements

  • Ubiquiti Setups:
    -  airMAX setup
    -  Wireless / wired network enhancement for up to 2 devices
    -  PTP / PTMP bridge performance checking and enhancement if required

The 4Gon technical staff can consult with you and perform basic configuration of wireless equipment or software. Additionally, we can check your configuration and perform enhancement steps to improve your device performance.

Our technicians will contact you prior to the session to ascertain your requirements, book a date/time for your session and request details necessary to complete the session.

4Gon are an official distributor of Ubiquiti, our 4Gon premium support packages cover the entire Ubiquiti range.

Please note: 
  • The 4Gon premium support configuration pack is only available for support for Ubiquiti Networks products.
  • Premium assistance is available Monday to Friday from  09:00 to 17:00
  • Our support packages are for the engineer's time to help support and configure any issues and not for the resolution of the issue. If you run out of support time you will need to renew your package
  • For our engineers to be able to help configure your wireless systems, we may need to carry out a consultation / assessment of your network / products. This consultation time will be part of support time.
