i-MO 200S (single ADSL) ADSL2+, Expandable to 3G/4G Router
The i-MO 200S (single ADSL) router is an ADSL2+ router with an embedded x86 processor, capable of providing broadband Internet speeds up to 48Mbps downstream and 4Mbps upstream. The i-MO 200 Series multichannel router is ideal for providing a small branch office, home office, temporary locations, or mobile service with a high performance, resilient connection to the Internet or corporate LAN.
As standard the appliance is equipped with 1 x ADSL & 2 x 10/100 Ethernet ports which can individually be configured as WAN or LAN.
i-MO 200S (single ADSL) Router Key Features
- Upgradeable to 2 x LTE+ (4G) or UMTS (3G) cellular modems
- Individual LTE+ Ports for Data or VoIP
- Single 12V power supply
- IDE Interface for 2.5" HDD
- External USB Port for Future Expansion
Optionally the appliance can be upgraded with up to 2 x LTE+ (4G) or UMTS (3G) cellular modems. The individual LTE+ ports can be bonded together for extra bandwidth or can operate independently. When operated independently, different traffic types can be routed on separate LTE links (e.g. one link for data, the other for VOIP). The administrative web interface easily allows the appliance to be configured for link-failover (e.g. from WAN to cellular) in addition to link aggregation to increase performance. The appliance is powered from a single 12V power supply. This can either be provided by the included external AC adapter (100–240V, 50-60Hz) or alternatively it can be powered from a standard 12V automotive supply. There is an IDE interface for a 2.5" HDD. There is also an external USB 2.0 port for future expansion.
Bonds multiple connections:
i-MO allows you to combine or bond wired and wireless services as you need them. The i-MO 200 Series bonding routers can bond up to two 3G / 4G connections plus two broadband landline connections for unrivalled speed and uptime.
Bonds intelligently:
The i-MO bonding algorithm automatically distributes traffic across available connections and manages these to achieve optimal performance, equalisation of data consumption. Also offered is the facility for automatic failover between primary (e.g. DSL) and secondary (e.g. wireless) connections.
Bonds as you like it:
i-MO uses an end-to-end tunnelling protocol to aggregate bandwidth. Assembling and managing data across multiple bearers requires a suitable Appliance at either end of the link. With i-MO you have the option of using our proven vendor delivered Managed Service (no equipment required other than at the site where connectivity is required) or run your own bonding service by purchasing software to run in your own maintained environment.
4G LTE compatibility built in:
Up to 2 latest-generation cellular modems can be embedded in the new i-MO Appliance. These support cellular mobile data networks which comply with 4G LTE, HSUPA, HSDPA, 3G, EDGE and GPRS standards.
